There are various reasons for us to place a ban with the different time duration on your account. The cases are; 1. When you took part in hacking/scamming: These actions are considered illegal and once found to be a proven hackers/scammers will be permanently banned and thus kept away from having access to Gunbound using the confiscated ID/Password. We put up the notice containing the list of ID's found to be abusing our system or took part in illegal actions and thus their accounts banned periodically under the "Notice" section on our main page. 2. When your account have been hacked into by a third party and the password have been changed without your prior knowledge: If this is the case and your normally used password doesn't return you the access to the Gunbound and if you receive the message of "incorrect password" throughout your tries please write to us informing the circumstance including the email address originally used to register at Gunbound. Then we will check for your authenticity using this and send out the new password to this original email address. 3. From time to time there are cases when a person's payment made at paypal to purchase the game cash is reversed. When this is the case we place the ban on a person's account in order to prevent further damage until the next payment is made and approved.

To change your password or if you have lost one please send us your email address which you used to register at Gunbound originally. This email address will be used to verify your authenticity and for the security measure we hold a policy of not giving out a user's personal information unless this email address provided is identical to the one we hold in our database. After verifying you using the email address provided we will send you the new password to this original email address.

Login ID is a unique ID and cannot be changed for any reason. Therefore if you wish to use another Login ID, you will need to make a new account under the Login ID of your wish. (Items, gold, etc cannot be transferred to the new Login ID) Game ID can be changed by going to "My Gunbound" and selecting the "change" button. Game ID can only be changed once a week and costs 10,000 gold. (First Game ID change is free!)
