Softnyx game users can purchase game cash by using an online bill payment, personal check, or money order (but we do not process cash). There is no residential restriction; it is available for all Softnyx game users of the world.

Online Bill Payment is ONLY available in the United States, but we will process personal checks or international money orders in US dollars as well. Online Bill Payment is the easiest and secure way to purchase cash. No fees, no stamps, no envelopes, no fuss.

Overview
1. Payment Processing
  We'll credit cash into your account ONLY AFTER we receive online bill payment, check, or money order by mail.

In most cases of online bill payment, your bank will withdraw the money from your account next day, but it will take THREE to FOURTEEN days for us to receive payment, depending upon the date your banks send out payment or types of bill payment processor that your banks use.

We will not be responsible for any lost payment due to mail delivery accident or improper mailing of payment. If your payment is reversed or returned for any reason, your account will be immediately banned, and we will charge you $25 for return check processing fee.
   
2. Payment Amounts
  Check payments are available in the following amounts ONLY, and there is a monthly limit on the amount of payment (maximum of $100).

10,000 Cash US$ 9.00
20,000 Cash US$17.00
30,000 Cash US$25.00

For example, you can purchase five $9($45 for 50,000 cash), one $9 and one $25 ($34 for 40,000 cash), two $25 and one $17($67 for 80, 000 cash), or any combination up to $100 each month.

Please, provide us with your name and address (or a check number, not confirmation number), amount, date of payment, and login id for payment verification.

Our telephone customer care service is not available for check payment users.
